How do I connect my Google or Microsoft calendar?

Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account — your calendar is linked automatically during sign-up. Go to Settings → Calendars to manage connections or reconnect.

Why isn't my availability showing correctly?

Check that your timezone is set correctly in Settings → Profile. If calendar events are missing, try reconnecting your calendar from Settings → Calendars.

How does the Slack integration work?

Install the Synced Slack app, then each team member runs /synced-connect once to link their account. After that, use /schedule to find times and book meetings from any channel.

Can guests book without a Synced account?

Yes. Share your booking link (e.g. app.meetsynced.com/book/yourcode). Guests pick a time and fill in their details — no sign-up needed on their end.

How do I use Synced with Claude or other AI tools?

Generate an API key in Settings → API Keys, then add Synced as an MCP server in your AI client. See the MCP setup guide for step-by-step instructions.

How do I cancel or delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account and select Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed. If you have trouble, email us and we'll handle it within 24 hours.
